SILICONE

Silicone Oil

Silicone Oil is transparent and odorless liquid with various viscosity. It has excellent resistance of heat, cold, corrosion and few changes in viscosity under different temperature. The application of Silicone oil has broad range of industires such as machinery, electronics, chemicals, textile, paper, construction, civil engineering and cosmetics etc.

Silicone Rubber (HTV)

Silicone rubber is a rubber compound that combines both organic and inorganic properties, its main ingredients are high-purity silica and silicone oil. This product is resistant to heat, cold, oil, resin and chemicals, it is flame retardant, gas-proof, biologically inactive and has excellent electrical properties which cannot be found in other organic rubbers. It is widely used in all industries including office equipment, automotive, foods and leisure products, as well as in the electric and electronics industries.

LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber)

LSR is the name for silicone in the liquid state before it is cured into rubber. It can be formed by LIM (Liquid Injection Molding) through automated measuring, mixing and forming processes. In addition, it can be used to coat various industrial materials by applying various coating methods. It is widely used in daily life and industry. Its applications include infant products such as nipples and toys, living products like diving masks, snorkels, and cooking instrument covers, motor parts like connector seals and O-rings, electrical and electronics products like OA rollers, keypads, as well as coatings for textiles, sleeves, and airbags. The uses for this product continue to expand.

PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesives)

PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesives) take an intermediate state between solid and liquid and can adhere to other surfaces using extremely low pressure without using resin or heat and can be easily detached from the surface without leaving marks.

PRC ( Paper Release Coating)

Paper Release Coatings are reactive silicone compounds with low surface strength. There is no degradation in adhesive strength of adhesives because a stable matrix structure is formed during curing. It provides various product groups to fit various applications and material properties suitable for the user’s production facilities of sticker labels, food packing, rubber product packing and rear-side treatment for adhesive tapes etc.
